About the author
Valerie Boyce is the mother of four children and seven grandchildren. She is a passionate writer who was impacted by a daunting diagnosis of Systemic LUPUS in 2001. She focused her ministry on restoring confidence and as a result God has refreshed, renewed and restored her. Her phenomenal journey reveals how her life changed in the midst of obstacles and roadblocks, and how daily mind renewal was critical to her recovery. Valerie was born and raised in St. Louis, MO where she attended St. Louis University and has since relocated to Detroit, MI where she is currently a human resources manager at a Japanese owned LCD company in Plymouth, Michigan. She is a member at Detroit World Outreach Church in Redford, MI.
