Description
This e-book is an actual dissertation which takes a deep look into the leadership crises within today's church and culture. It is a dissertation which attempts to discuss and describe what true leadership is, and the attributes that leaders who follow the example set by Christ would possess and demonstrate to their congregations. Christian leadership is an act of service to the Christian Community. Seeing the Church as an institution flowing from a triune God through servant leaders focused on attaining spiritual leadership and serving their calling will lead to healed and restored congregations.
About the author
Author was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Houston, Texas where he loved and played the guitar from the age of nine, and has often enjoyed being a musical group leader. He entered the Marines at the age of 17 where he served four years, and after an honorable discharge in 1973, was later called into Christian Ministry. Today, James holds a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis in Strategic Leadership from Faith Seminary, Tacoma, Washington. And believes that when one stops learning, they stop leading.
