About the author
Originally from New Jersey, she has had the pleasure of cooking and eating her way through Chicago, Colorado, Nicaragua, Spain, and much of California. Ms. Zimmerman has one daughter, two blended family children and a puppy named Frankie. She currently is working on projects that combine her love of vegetarian food, labor union organizing and public art.
