About the author

Dr. Sarah Marshall, ND, graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a degree in chemistry and then received a doctorate of naturopathic medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. A visionary in the advancement of holistic medicine, Dr. Marshall practices as a naturopathic physician and holistic health coach in her international telemedicine practice. Her primary focus is to empower her clients to overcome illness, fatigue, and weight problems to live full and satisfying lives that naturally generate and maintain health. Dr. Marshall artfully bridges the gap between the hearts desire, mental-emotional imbalance and the resulting state of health of the physical body truly practicing holistic medicine at is core. Focusing on food as medicine, strength and flexibility of body, hormone balance, and mental-emotional peace she treats a range of diseases and disorders including but not limited to allergies, infertility, hormonal issues, cardiovascular disease, weight challenges, diabetes, autoimmune disease and cancer. Dr. Marshall is an international educator and speaker of the holistic healthcare model. She currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, and, when not practicing medicine, can be found traveling the world, skiing, hiking, running, sailing, and generally having the dream adventures of a lifetime.
