Joy Luther grew up in southern California, drawing from many of her experiences there to produce her first work of fiction, Flying with Angels. A love of writing began at a young age for Joy and continued into her career, where she put her editorial skills to work in marketing and corporate communications at various companies throughout the years. Only recently did she take the plunge into writing fiction and fell in love with the creative process. Joy currently resides in Long Beach, California with her husband and daughter along with their pug dog and bengal cat.
