Shandra, a premiere personal trainer in South Tampa, has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. As a single mom of 4 she understands that time is valuable but excuses don’t work on her.
Her success is attributed primarily to her methodology. She understands that being healthy and fit is more than just hitting the gym; it requires the right state of mind and a grasp of the bigger picture. She takes time to understand her clients’ health and fitness goals and educate them on what it will take to succeed. She teaches her clients everything they need to know from proper technique and form to making intelligent nutritional decisions. She understands that to a newcomer, the gym can be intimidating, but her approach gives her clients the tools and confidence to accomplish their health and fitness goals.
Shandra is currently providing personal training and nutritional services, as well as teaching HIIT classes, at several gyms throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area. Recently, she published a book that is a must read for any woman interested in living a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Her next aspiration is to open an all-women gym in South Tampa where she can continue to expand her health and fitness mission.
