Johnny Sørensen, MSc Economics, BA Law, has worked as COO, CEO and Senior Consultant for the past eighteen years in large and mid- size international companies. He has a proven track record for turn-around and sales growth. Elize Langeland Dimare, PhD, MBA, MSc Ind. Engineering, has worked as Manager, Senior Consultant and Business Development Manager for the past fifteen years. She is strong in Conceptualisation, Strategy Implementation and Analysis. Both authors are based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The concept of FIRE & SHIELD was developed and tested over a period of seven years with analysis, implementation, observation and refinement. Together they combine practice with theory for a heavy-weight knock-out.
