Overview

This book is a collection of true stories of how Jesus walks with and teaches believers today as He did in the New Testament. The lessons these stories teach are meant to inspire people to find their destiny in Christ through serving others and become more effective in praying for those whom God sends them to.

If you wait until you are perfect it will be too late. No one in heaven will need your gifts.

Description

This book is about personal experiences in ministry that taught the author valuable lessons over a 30 year period. As Jesus taught his disciples through encounters with people, He still uses the same methods today.

Signs and wonders followed praying for people in the marketplace. In one chapter medical personnel watched as the swelling of an eye scheduled for removal due to shotgun pellets went down and the boy's eye opened and he was able to see.

The book also emphasizes that power and authority to pray for people are best achieved through compassion to those whom Jesus sends us to.

About the author

The author began his journey with the supernatural as an infant. One night his mother was awakened from a sound sleep by unseen hands sitting her up in bed. She was led to the nursery to find his father trying to suffocate the infant. This was one of several times he escaped death by supernatural intervention.

He experienced a dramatic conversion kneeling in the snow in front of Michelangelo's statue of Mary holding the lifeless body of Jesus at well-known shrine in 1981.

He has participated in ministry to the poor, those in prison as well as the spiritually oppressed and was also part of an international healing team in Brazil in 2011.

He was formally ordained in Houston in 2015.

His desire is to equip people to minister to those who sometimes have little resources and little hope.
