Overview
Finding Glory in the Thorns is a life-changing story about a little girl with special needs and what happened when the community reached out to love her. The book is also a practical guide to adventure in adversity.
Description
Have you ever wondered where God was in the midst of difficult times? Have you ever found yourself mired in the troubles of life and feeling very alone? Finding Glory in the Thorns tells the inspiring story of a community that embraced a child with special needs and how all those around her discovered that God is truly present and powerful in good times and in bad. For those personally walking through struggles or others who are attempting to provide help along the way, we learn to see the adventure in adversity. The book also provides a practical Road Map tool that demonstrates how to navigate questions of surrender, faith, hope, joy and sharing while ultimately keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus.
