Description
Marsha Therese Danzig knows what it is like to wrestle with the BIG questions in life, such as : why do we suffer, where is God in all the pain, how can we find hope when everything seems hopeless. Marsha was given last rites at the age of 5 after being diagnosed with a rare and deadly form of bone cancer. She is now 49 years old. Her experiences with the long term effects of cancer treatment, such as leg amputation, kidney failure and congestive heart failure , have drawn her deep into the well of grief to find the seed of hope, no matter what . Her background in dance, yoga, movement therapy and other forms of healing have greatly influenced her perspective on the body, the mind, the spirit , God and the concept of belief. She is a grateful recipient of a kidney in 2006, and is determined to bring the message of the possibility of living life large to anyone who will listen.
