The information has been collected from Cindy’s studies completed at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition that provided her with her RHN Degree (Registered Holistic Nutritionist and additional training in complimentary holistic modalities include Iridology, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, Hand and Foot Reflexology and Color therapy courses that provided her with her ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, that is part of RNCP (Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner). Products that are discussed in the book are totally natural, from food sources, and totally free of preservatives.
About the author
Cindy RHN, RNCP, ROHP became a registered Holistic Consultant after experiencing a range of holistic modalities that helped her recover from a serious illness in 2001. As Cindy was preparing for necessary surgery and experiencing a range of holistic she made a promise to herself to get trained in all of the ones that helped her to recover. That is why her business, Feel Better Therapies consists of not only nutritional counselling but methods of detoxing and appropriate ways to reduce stress such as Iridology and Body Balancing and Ion Detox Foot Bath. Cindy is living proof that the tips in this book really work!
