In her career Antoinette has specialized in Holistic Leadership and Organizational Development, empowering People and Culture frameworks and setting Aspirational Strategic Direction alongside Scorecard Governance and building a Values Culture.
She has led the Organizational Transformation of a 1,000- person business services organization where People Engagement shifted by a quantum leap of 30% within six months of launch. In another instance her empowering people leadership and management frameworks enabled a small trading company to more than double its revenues within three weeks of their implementation.
Antoinette is highly versed in the strategic facilitation of Aspirational Strategic Off-Sites for Senior Executive Teams across multiple industry and government sectors.
She has also worked as a leading Management Assessment Consultant having conducted over 500 assessments of Senior Executives in the NSW public sector with Hudson Talent Management, and in the private sector with Top 50 corporations in Asia Pacific while working with Korn Ferry International through the course of succession planning and merger and acquisition assignments.
Previously she has led People and Culture Policy across Latin America and Africa for Shell International and was the General Manager People and Culture for Vector, energy infrastructure company in New Zealand. Early in her career she became the top performer in Executive Selection and Search with Australasian market leader, Morgan & Banks.
Her education includes a PhD (c) at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), an MA in Management Research (MGSM), MBA at London Business School, LLB (Hons) and BA (Political Science) at Auckland University and Dip Intl Mktg (Hons). She has won two University Prizes for outstanding achievement.
