Every Day Lessons from Everyday People
365 Wise Quotes from Conversations
by Connor "Bearcat" Martin and Chandler Chase

Overview

A collection of quotes from personal conversations that have happened in Connor Martin's life throughout the last four years. Each quote is handpicked and presented in a way to read as a snippet of wisdom daily throughout the year in a unique coffee table book. This book shows that no matter how different someone is from you, the very least you can gain from them is a quote to remember and reflect on. We do not need to only be influenced by the famous people we look up to. More importantly, we can learn every day from the people we converse with, if we pay attention.

Description

When Connor started college, he quickly discovered the idea that wisdom can come from anyone, anytime. After hearing a friend give advice that was applicable to not just his situation, but to anyone's, he knew others needed to hear it, too. Connor started jotting them down in his phone's notes app and titled the page "Wise, Wise Quotes". Without thinking, it eventually reached over 1,000 quotes.

Connor and his friend Chandler carefully glossed over and evaluated the best 365 quotes to provide an insightful, thought-provoking, and motivating start (or end, or even midpoint) to your day. Leave this book on your coffee table, desk, nightstand, car or wherever you see fit - anyplace that gives you easy access to a daily snippet of wisdom from people not too different than yourself.

Sparks of inspiration are everywhere in our lives. That is what makes this book so special: they will not just be spewed from the mouths of a famous musician, popular actor, or historical figure, but from the people we encounter every day: the everyday people.
