About the author
We believe that a church without love is not a church at all! The greatest commandment is to love God with all our hearts and to love others the same way we love ourselves. The Bible says that if we don't have love, we are nothing. That's why we take this command seriously and come to church willing to lay our lives down for one another and carry each other's burdens. We believe that a church has to be biblical if it's going to be of any help to anyone. We teach verse-by-verse through the Bible. Sticking close to the biblical text keeps us spiritually healthy, productive, and on the straight and narrow path. We do not water down the Gospel message or withhold portions of teaching that may be considered offensive to some. The truth must be taught in love, and as the Lord Jesus taught, the truth will set us free. We believe that God is worthy of our praise and worship. Part of the way we worship Him is through music and singing. That's why we open our services with contemporary music and spend some time lifting our praises toward heaven. It's good to sing praises to the One who created us and rescued us from our sins and loves us so very much!
