Overview

The journey begins with Eve’s entrance into the world, then to her meeting with her ‘Prince Charming’, right through to the brief fellowship with the serpent, culminating in the fall and the pain which ensued. As her single act of disobedience, her one grave mistake takes center stage, the life and purpose of Eve brings to light valuable lessons from which we can garner wisdom and learning. The guidance and direction offered, challenges us to strive to order our steps according to God’s good and perfect will as laid out in the immutable Word of the Lord.

About the author

Lady Pastor Nora Osei-Bonsu is blessed with the unique gift of using her warmly-captivating, conversational writing and literary appreciation to bring the lives and lessons of Bible characters back to life for us. She translates their purpose and their stories into compelling narratives in a contemporary story-telling style advisory for our own steps. Nora employs the proverbial, the exemplary, the warnings and pitfalls to be wary of from Bible characters in a simple, easy-to-relate-to narrative for everyone looking to order their steps according to the will and the Word of God. An ardent believer of Jesus Christ and a lover of the wealth of guidance in the Word of God, Nora has not ceased studying and writing about the characters in the Bible. Especially in her focus on what she calls the ‘Biblical Monologues’, since she was introduced to this style of creative re-hash twenty years ago in her Drama Ministry at Church. Not only does she write these insightful monologues, she also performs them on stage, bringing Bible characters to life as the Holy Spirit directs. Nora is a Pastor at the Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI) - The Qodesh, and has been married to Rev. Francis Osei-Bonsu (also of LCI) for the past fifteen years. The family is blessed with two wonderful children, Nana Ama Osei-Bonsu and Kwabena OseiBonsu and they continue to enjoy their work in the Lord’s vineyard.
