You hand the exquisitely wrapped package to the person you love - only to watch him carelessly toss your gift aside, where it lies unopened for months and even years. How would that make you feel? Well, Jesus has a very personal gift that He has hand-picked just for you. That gift is your pastor, given in love to help you mature in Christ. Now it's up to you to honor the Giver by accepting that gift.
Description
Suppose for a moment that you've spent a great deal of time and trouble looking for the perfect gift to buy for a loved one. In this book, author Judy Wilder teaches you how to do just that. You will learn from the Word: - Just how important Jesus' gift of a pastor is in your life. - How to "unwrap" your gift by scripturally receiving your pastor. - How to enjoy the fullness of God's benefits as you love and esteem the ministry of this precious gift!
About the author
Judy Wilder was saved in 1973 while attending nursing school. From that time on, serving God became the most important priority in her life. For over 32 years, Judy and her husband, George, served together in many areas of “helps” ministry within the local churches they attended. Whatever the need, the Wilders always endeavored to be available to help their pastor in any way possible. Judy attended Abundant Life Family Church for over eight years. During that time, she flowed in the office of the "Ministry of Helps" supernaturally. She had the ability to perceive the needs of the pastor and the local church, and made it her priority to meet those needs. The supply that she brought to the church brought great relief to the pastor, and helped others to reach their full potential. Among many other things, Judy served as a church secretary, worked in the children’s ministry, did editorial work, and served as a school nurse for a Christian school. Judy went home to be with the Lord in 2005. Her book continues to be distributed worldwide, impacting believers and local churches to be the best supply they can be in the Kingdom of God.
