This book is a record of moments, highlights, and insights that have been gleaned by the author while traveling through life in Jesus Christ. They are shared with the hope that they may help others find their way to or encouragement in life in Christ, which is life indeed.

When people think of life, they think of physical life and all that attends it: food and drink, sleep and intimacy, clothing and housing, family and friends, etc. As important as one's physical life and environment may be, more important is life in Jesus of Nazareth, Messiah. Life in Jesus is life that is physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually integrated, whole, supported, and best of all, eternal. It is a life that in all circumstances and events, progressively learns to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks because it rests on the sure foundation of peace in Him. The author is a resident of Windsor, Connecticut where he lives with his wife. Together they have four children and five grandchildren. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University and juris doctor degree from Yale University before pursuing careers in business, education, and counseling.
