Suzy is a tree-hugging activist front-porcher, deciding early on to not lock herself into a standard career, she made it her vision to experience and learn as much as she could in this lifetime, much to the chagrin of her PhD parents. She has been a swimming instructor, a waitress, a teacher, cocktail waitress, midwife, medical professional, health care coordinator, union organizer, caterer, jewelry designer, housekeeper, wardrobe mistress, ordained minister, Reiki Master / Teacher, volunteer, and storyteller extraordinaire. Above and beyond all that, family and education come first for Suzy. From empirical studies to raising five amazing children and a grand daughter, her thirst for knowledge is never quenched. She’s always looking for new and unique ways of conveying knowledge in as many ways possible, keeping the child’s natural curiosity for learning alive. Suzy’s passion for networking, making people connections and creating community are legend. Suzy Is currently in the process of setting up the “Just Love” NPO, the platform where she plans to be a thundering voice for victims of domestic violence and providing healing resources for children who have been sexually abused.
