Lyneice Lush founder of UnderRated mentorship inspires athletes to realize their full potential. As an athlete herself, Lyneice knows firsthand how being pigeonholed as an athlete often prevents you from developing off the court.
She went from being a college athlete on scholarship to dropping out because of depression. Experiencing uncertainty and unable to see herself passed the athlete moniker, she lost her identity. Today, her UnderRated company develops athletes holistically so future generations do not experience her struggles. She brings her experience as a High School Coordinator, dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral restorative work. She also brings over 12 years of experience as a boys and girls high school basketball coach and over 21 years as an educator.
