We've all had those moments where we didn't know what to do. All we knew was that what we were doing working and no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't figure things out. We've all struggled. We've all felt beaten down and frustrated. If only life came with an owner's manual - a detailed one. If only you could turn to a page when you needed help and you would know exactly what to do next. We all have relational, professional, financial, spiritual, emotional or even physical issues. We all have struggles, even those who seem to have things together seem to struggle during their lives. To overcome these struggles and reach success, you must learn how to handle the times when things aren't going your way.

Going from a high school grad with dreams of playing professional football to a college dropout facing setback after setback to CEO of a franchise dealership is unheard of and extremely difficult, but not impossible, as I will explain. Adversity will always be a part of life. Bad things happen. Finances get low. Relationships fail. Expectations fall short. You feel like giving up. Experience has taught me that no matter who or where we are in life, we will, at some point, come upon challenging circumstances. Most of the time it feels as though it is the end of the road, but through your Faith, Intensity, Re-Invention of self, and Enthusiasm, you will find that your new journey is only beginning. Louie Herron, a forty two year old entrepreneur, was born in Miami, Florida in 1974. He is the son of a roofer and father of two children. Louie has been in the automotive business since he was twenty years old. He started from the bottom as a sales professional, and in fifteen years of experience had his first opportunity of a partnership in a Toyota dealership in Augusta, Georgia in 2006, and two additional dealerships since then (2009 and 2015). He currently operates a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram franchise in Madison, GA. He enjoys the Miami Dolphins (looks to purchase them by age sixty five), and giving motivational/inspirational speeches to youth, college students, churches, civic groups, athletes and other entrepreneurs.
