Roger Wenschlag is the principal consultant of Performance Solutions, a Minneapolis-based consulting and training firm he founded in 1989. The firm’s mission is to assist customers solve performance problems through program and product solutions that fit. He is committed to serving each customer with full value. Performance Solutions’ past and present customers include:

In recent years, Roger has served customers in such areas as sales improvement; performance management; 360-Degree assessment, feedback, and individual development; team development, customer satisfaction, and professional development systems.
Roger has years of varied experience that gives him a unique perspective in understanding performance problems and how to solve them. He has proven himself as an aircraft mechanic, maintenance shop supervisor, vocational school teacher, vocational-technical school director, training director (retailing, travel services), intelligence analyst, sales training product manager, sales training manager, and consultant. Because of this he is comfortable serving in many roles including facilitator coach, trainer, consultant, salesperson, writer, and program designer/developer.
Roger has both a BS in Sales and Marketing Education and MA in Vocational Education (emphasis in career development) from the University of Minnesota. He is a former Senior Chief Petty Officer and retired Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He is the author of The Versatile Salesperson, by John Wiley Publishing, Co., and DiSC Sales Strategies, a training program by Inscape Publishing Co. In 2008, Roger published We Hug in the Hallways Here, a book designed to help people make good job and career choices based on their behavioral style.
