But mischief is afoot when, on opening day of the inaugural, costumed big search event, Dilly discovers her wings are missing. It seems that, as a prank, the fairies have hidden Dilly's wings among lots of other colorful ones they have placed all over the farm. Will Dilly's wings be found or will she be forever grounded? The creative force behind so much of what is done at Wolf Pine Hollow, Simone has worn many varied hats throughout her life and career but there has always been one constant—writing. It was inevitable that she'd take her love of wonderment and prose to bring these farm stories to life. "Dilly the Not~So~Silly Flying Goat" is the first in a series of rhyme-versed children's books set at Wolf Pine Hollow, an actual, enchanting Hancock New Hampshire farm. With her husband Mort, of over six decades, as her sounding board and biggest cheerleader, Simone works from her lovely South Florida studio.
