His past service includes being a Reagan Administration White House appointee to the Senior Executive Service. He was a formation consultant to Paris Reidhead founder of Opportunity International the former Executive Director of Opportunity International, former CEO of Enterprise Development International (now endPoverty.org), and SIL/DC International Government Relations Director, and a formation consultant to Paris Reidhead—founder of Opportunity International. The author was also the founder of Restoration Enterprises, FaithWORKs, Providence International, Set Free Services and Stewardship Trust. He has facilitated the formation and development of numerous business and non-profit organizations around the world. This network of entities provide livelihoods that free individuals and communities from systemic poverty.
