Dennell's Dilemmas

This book continues the story of Dennell Richards and Gareth Phillips who eventually get married in book one. Dennell receives several inheritances, the largest being from an uncle that she didn't know existed. This uncle has several unusual stipulations in his will for Dennell to complete so she might qualify for the inheritance. She has a difficult time deciding if she wants to complete these stipulations to inherit, or if they are just too outrageous and would compromise her faith. In book two, she and Gareth are required to live in Colorado on her uncle's ranch for a year, but without electricity in their ranch home. They agree, but then she becomes pregnant, and other events take place with her family in Miami. Gareth decides to pursue a rather complicated method to further his singing career. They have many adventures while trying to decide what to do about the inheritances and their careers.

The last one, doing without electricity in the ranch house is the final stipulation and is to help both Dennell and Gareth to understand just how they should use the large inheritance, and to come to a true understanding of what God wants from them both. The illness of Dennell's grandmother requires them to move back to Miami for a period and this is where her babies are born and where Gareth begins his journey to fame with his singing. They struggle with the true meaning of faith, love, and the value of wealth.

You are never too old to try a new adventure, so at 78 years old, I decided to write some e-books. I live alone, my three children and six grandchildren are grown and I found myself without much to do, so writing became my hobby. I love reading religious fiction e-books and have enjoyed writing them also. I have received much inspiration from reading religious fiction books and hope that my books will inspire someone, some where to have a stronger Christian faith. I don't aspire to be a best selling author, but am thankful that God gave me the ability to write books that are at least acceptable and interesting, and hopefully, inspirational. I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read them. I live in a very small mountain town in Western Colorado where it is beautiful, safe, quiet and peaceful.
