Overview
This book will bring awareness of how the devil will use adversity, emotions, and sin to get you off the divine destiny God has established for your life. This book will focus on how my receiving a heart wound as a child opened the door to rejection that led me down a destructive path following my fragile emotions and the need to gratify my flesh to numb the pain I was enduring.

About the author

Erica Williams was born in Phenix City, Alabama. She's the wife of a retired army veteran who served this country for twenty years and the mother of four beautiful children—three sons and one daughter. She is the founder of Sisters in Christ Outreach Ministry and founder/pastor of United in Christ International Ministries (UICIM). Her ministry extends to healing as she is a nurse practitioner (MSN) and has been serving in the medical field for twenty-six years. Currently she's pursuing her doctoral degree at Troy University. Erica was ordained and licensed by Frontline Theological Seminary, earning a bachelor of arts degree in pastoral ministry. Erica has a passionate desire for God's people to be healed, delivered, and set free from demonic yokes and strongholds. She believes that through prayer, supplication, and fasting God's people can and will be set free from the manipulation of the enemy. Erica has done outreach in the community, assisting with donating school supplies, feeding the homeless, praying for the sick, donating to the poor, and comforting those who have had catastrophic losses in their lives. She believes the church is not confined to a building because God's people are the church. Erica's faith and trust in God are the foundational principles by which she lives. She knows that according to Philippians 4:13 (KJV), she can do all things through Christ Who strengthened her. Adversity is an antagonist against our destiny, and Erica experienced much adversity as a young woman. This is why she has a love for inspiring others to pursue their God-ordained purpose with passion, poise, and perseverance.
