Deadly Domina

Three unsuspecting college students out for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of clean fetish fun find themselves in the grips of death and torture. Their Domina, a broken, troubled woman with a burning hatred for men, especially for men in uniforms, finds out information that triggers a crack in her psyche. This fracture resulted in a sick and twisted killer hellbent on revenge. It's up to a local cop to find the murderer before any more bodies wash up.
