Overview

Dawg Days of Winter is a book about dogs snowboarding and skiing. Each dog is a personification of a different character often found at a mountain or resort.

Description

Dawg Days of Winter is a playful depiction of a conversation between my roommate's dog and me, where the dog humorously questions my identity as a snowboarder. It also vividly brings to life the colorful characters often found at mountains and resorts. This book began as a joke among friends while I was sketching on a chairlift during a perfect powder day. The main goal of this book is to inspire my nephews to get excited about snowboarding while celebrating the community I discovered in my early thirties when I decided to learn the sport.
