Overview
We are all dreamers at some point, and then one day we wake up and life seems harder and the world seems bigger and, before we know it, our childlike dreaming becomes a thing of the past. Let go of the limitations that hold you back, and find the courage to soar!
Description
Dare to Soar is a reminder that every intricate detail of who we are is woven into the purposes and the dreams God has for us. When our lives take a turn for the worse, when opportunities arise that we’re too afraid to take, and even when we want to just plunge forward and figure things out on our own, He is at work in and through us to change our lives and the lives of those we encounter. Paula Dunn’s story is a testament to the purpose-filled plan of God in the lives of those who are willing to believe and follow. Exploring the love of God through His provision in her childhood and chronicling the journey to turn her love of singing into a ministry for His glory, Dare to Soar brings encouragement and practical application to the life of anyone seeking to rise above their greatest obstacles and to live beyond their wildest dreams.
About the author
For the past 28 years, Paula Dunn has been using her dynamic voice and her unique story to encourage, challenge, and inspire audiences of all ages. She began performing concerts at the age of 14 and has released 12 solo albums since then. Paula is a graduate of Liberty University where she received a BA in vocal performance and an MA in counseling. Paula has been married to Robb for 18 years and has a beautiful 7 year-old daughter named Emma Grace. She makes Lynchburg, Virginia, her home. When not traveling with her ministry, Paula spends her days fixing meals, keeping up with housework and laundry, and spending time with those she loves. And if you really want to get personal, Paula loves sweet tea, dessert, and long walks to work it all off. Paula’s ministry was born out of a desire to help those who are hurting and to challenge people to rise above the obstacles in their lives. She often shares humorous, real life stories of being a wife and a mother and learning how to juggle the responsibilities of family, ministry, and living out God’s dreams for our lives.
