About the author
I was born in the Sixties. As an East London boy, I spent most of my childhood experiencing what that part of the world had to offer. In truth, for me it offered very little; I simply had to take what I wanted. Those who knew me know that in years gone by I had more than my fair share of trouble with the law. Who better to write an East End gangland thriller than a boy who's lived it? I'm in a better place now having completely turned my life around. Regrets? No, I have none; I wouldn't change any of my past. I wouldn't have reached these heights without having hit life's lows. Looking back, it had to be fate. If not for my teenage struggles, you wouldn't be reading this novel now. Today, I have a fantastic partner and three amazing children. Writing is my chosen path. Its something I was born to do and I'm extremely passionate about it. I sincerely hope this novel give you as much pleasure reading it as it has me in creating and writing it. Danny's Boys is part of a thrilling trilogy: The Other Side and, the conclusion, The Frenchman will follow. If you can think of anyone who would appreciate this story, please pass on the link and support a new British writer. Warmest regards, Richard Barnard
