About the author


Tony Sawicki is a former television correspondent who has extensively reported on the entertainment industry and conducted interviews with a wide range of film, television, music and theatre luminaries. He produced, directed and wrote two educational television series, Under the Pink Carpet and Urban Animals, which were broadcast on PBS affiliated TV stations across the United States. He currently plays the lead character of Lucius Zajack in the television series City and the Beast, a screwball comedy that he also produces and directs. Sawicki was awarded the Harry Wieder Passion Fruit Award for outstanding service to the artistic community in New York, and was also awarded by the New York Pet Fashion show for his contributions to animal education. His work has been praised in Philadelphia City Paper, Philadelphia Daily News, Out in New Jersey, Hamptons Magazine, Get Out Magazine, and the North Bergenite. He holds a master's degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. He previously resided in Philadelphia and now lives just outside New York City. This is his first novel.
