RJ Salem was born in Dallas, Texas, and was raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He developed a love for books and stories at a young age, with a penchant for adventure and fantasy. He's a graduate of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, having received a Bachelor of Science in the Fall of 2015. Apart from writing, RJ works at a local bookstore, and spends his free time reading or creating music. Cydonia is his first novel.
