Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Lee H. Van Dam has also lived in The Netherlands and Hong Kong. He holds an MBA degree and is the owner of a real estate management, sales, and consulting firm. Lee and his wife, Holly, are the parents of two children and have seven grandchildren. They love to travel and, even though they live many miles from the nearest cruise port, they especially enjoy cruising.
