Crowns and Kingdoms is her first series showcasing her love of middle-school /young adult aged readers and medieval folklore. Norris Bloom currently lives in San Francisco, CA with her husband Ken, three daughters (Audra, Georgia and Britannia) and her two dogs. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, music, sports and spending time at her cottage on Lake Tulloch, CA. Norris' favorite children's books are The Secret Garden and A Little Princess. Her favorite author is Phillipa Gregory and her favorite book is The Other Boleyn Girl, in which Norris' relative, Henry Norris, was beheaded by King Henry VIII at the Tower of London.
