Overview
The author explains how high-paying jobs can easily be created within a small area, such as a town, village or city with a single Zip Code. There are 10,000,000 jobs at $25 to $60 per hour waiting for persons trained to fill the jobs, with higher wage rates for individuals who rise to the top of this new profession. To understand how to get this job, the author steps through a variety of seemingly unrelated issues and problems, for the reader to appreciate the solution, which is a high-paying job for the readers and others and prosperity for the community. Person describes the problems facing small businesses which can be solved by a trained employee, and how small businesses can afford to pay $25 to $60 per hour to a single employee, and how the small business should become more profitable. There are 27.5 million small businesses in the US but not a single program to train persons how to work for small business. And small business is unable to train employees. Person describes how the economy got to its present condition, and that the way of curing the thousands of hits taken by the economy is not by undoing the past mistakes, but by creating the high-paying jobs, and more jobs, right away. By creating these jobs, the middle class will be revitalized and be able to undo the mistakes through the political process over a period of years. Millions of high-paying job openings exist, but nobody has pointed out where they are except author Carl E. Person, who understands small business and has been a small business owner since age 9. He points out that the substantial difference in dollar value of the small-business owner's time spent on (i) administrative matters and (ii) matters unique to his/her business, and that such differential more than justifies hiring a trained person to do the lower-value administrative work so the owner can perform more of the higher-value work. If the reader wants a high-paying job, the book explains how this can be achieved.
Description

There are 10,000,000 jobs at $25-$60/hr waiting for persons trained with a technical curriculum to fill the jobs, even higher wage rates for individuals who rise to the top of this new profession. Much to Person's surprise, on 3/9/15President Obama announced his initiative for a nationwide program of teaching technical skills.
