The information is drawn from the author's experience teaching RCIA as well as from life experience. The information presented is designed to assist those that are confirmed in the Catholic faith as well as those who will be confirmed in the Catholic faith. Parents and parishes could use this booklet as a supplement to your faith formation class which may help those being confirmed to answer for themselves the question "What does it mean to be confirmed in the Catholic Church?"
About the author
Deacon Wally Calabrese is a retired Marine, Catholic author, speaker, and deacon at Annunciation Catholic Church Havelock, North Carolina. He is the author of "The Apostles and Me!" Calabrese earned his baccalaureate from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a masters in Pastoral Theology from St. Joseph's College. He and his wife Amy have been blessed with two daughters and six grandchildren.
