About the author
Joseph G. Cross is the Production Director at a multi-campus church in the Florida panhandle and is an advocate for healthy culture wherever he has influence. Whether it be in his home, marriage, parenting, business, ministry, or amongst the teams where he serves and leads, Joseph believes culture defines the success or failure of it all. Joseph started bagging groceries at his local grocery store at the age of 13. Throughout his career, he has navigated multiple different industries and has had the privilege to lead and be led by people of different types and styles. Whether at a theme park as a teenager, touring the world many times over during his 20's with a large production company, or throughout his many years of ministry, Joseph has been a student of culture and leadership.
