This drug-trafficking issue is explored under the chapter "Health" of this book. Another issue explored throughout this book is warfare, a major threat to clean, safe, healthy environments. Professor Norman Finkelstein estimates it will take 10-15 years to remove the rubble from Gaza, the toxic asbestos-laden rubble, ladened with unexploded ordnance, too. A conservative estimate of explosives' tonnage dropped on Gaza is equivalent to five Hiroshima atomic bombs. (Israel dropped 80,000 tons of explosives by July; Hiroshima's atomic bomb was 15,000 tons of explosives.) Culprits among America's Orwellian incessant warmongers are lobbyists of foreign nations, lobbyists of our Military Industrial Complex, and war-addicted politicians/Feds.

O'Rourke's acclaimed book, "Covert Regime Change" (originally published in 2018) which documents 64 attempted coups by our USA from 1947-1989. Professor Jeffrey Sachs documents that our USA since 1989 has initiated 100 military attacks in foreign nations. Another dozen or score of attempted coups by the USA since 1989 have occurred in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia and elsewhere. The U.S. instigated and financed the February 2014 Maidan Coup in Kiev which inexorably led to the current deadly dead-end war in Ukraine.
The purpose of this book is to open the minds of Americans and persons worldwide, and to persuade people to oppose more vigorously the endless warfare afflicting modern times.
