Common Ground

The Xaverian Missionaries of the United Kingdom and the United States organized an international conference of dialogue and exchange between humanists, atheists and religious believers. This journal is a compilation of the presentations and reflections that built bridges of understanding and challenge to both the atheists and the theists. It is hoped this journal will encourage others to come together in respectful dialogue, seeking the common ground we all stand on.

The Xaverian Missionaries is an international missionary congregation of the Roman Catholic Church working in 21 countries for almost 120 years. The main focus is on sharing Christ through bridge building between faiths and cultures.
