Comeback Closet

Five women from different backgrounds and ages navigate life in upstate New York. They each carry their own long-standing misbeliefs, and on a sunny, clear October afternoon, they wind up gathered in a cluttered women's consignment shop. When a huge, muscular man with intimidating tattoos enters the consignment shop and forces the group into the basement of the shop, the women quickly realize they are in danger. Quickly swinging between angry outbursts and physical attacks, the man displays feats of strength, makes bizarre outfit changes, and disappears into silent bouts of self-pity. During the lull of his attacks, the women realize they need to take action—and quick. For the group to succeed, each person must address her age-old misconception. Then, together they can devise a plan. Any failures or missteps could end their lives, and the question lingering through all their minds is: Who will strike first—them or the man?
