Clio's Colorful Quest

Various life circumstances led Aloubell to choose a non-artistic career path through applied behavior analysis. However, this did not dim her passion in art. As a little girl, she always thought she wanted to be an animator, but as she grew up the dream turned into wanting to be a comic-book artist, then a story-board artist, and then a young-adult fiction writer. It took some personal growth, but she finally realized that she wanted to bring children's stories to life with her artwork. To publish a children's book containing her own art is a dream come true. Aloubell's style is highly influenced by anime, as well as the various artists she's come across via online art communities. Throughout her artistic journey, she has come into her own as a digital artist; her own style becoming more and more defined with each new creation. As a devout Christian, she thanks God for making all of this possible. She hopes that everyone who reads her book will enjoy the story. She is a graduate student living in Southern California with her parents and older brother.
