The role of the Pastor in providing leadership in the church is a very significant spiritual responsibility. In fact it has been said that one is first a Christian before any other responsibility is taken. The materials in this book had been used in Workshops to train church worker, they are designed for use in the New Believers’ Class and for other training purposes to enhance the quality of service delivery in the Church. The Christian nurture materials in this book are specifically packaged as teaching and training guide for the use of Church Leaders. It is my earnest belief that the use of the materials in this book will be of tremendous help for the Ministers of God in their bid to equip Church workers and new Believers.

A potential is a dormant ability which a person has, it is an unused energy. Pastors; spiritual guides and life coaches raised by God to challenge their followers until the dormant abilities or latent potentials in them become potent. As a church worker, Disciple or a Minister of the Gospel, the knowledge of the will and the ways of God are very important. All Christian workers, Church Officers, Missionaries and Ministers of the Gospel are all Students in the College of Discipleship, where one can never graduate, no one has ever graduated and none can ever. This is an eternal course that leads on from stage to stage. Heaven is our goal. This book, Manual on Ministerial Training for Church Workers is designed for Ministerial Training that will help Church Leaders develop the potentials in the lives of their Church members

Mrs. Victoria Oluwasegun, also inaugurated Covenant mentoring Network, www.comenetwork.org, New York, in January 2011. Covenant Mentoring Network is a special youth mentoring community based outreach program, which was established to enhance the personal, educational, occupational, and spiritual development of youths by offering support, guidance, and assistance towards the holistic development of youths in our community. He is happily married to Rev Mrs. Victoria Oluwasegun, who is a Child Evangelist, and are blessed with four children.
