He develops a 100-year plan to germline gene-edit human embryos not just to treat brain diseases such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's but to create superior cognitive abilities of 40 million Chinese. These intellectually-elite Chinese "Chosen Ones" will be an unstoppable collective force, a CHINESE MASTER RACE FOR A NEW WORLD ORDER.
