Description

Funny! Learn how to invest in Real Estate — profitably! — while being entertained by this Southern-twanged, race car driving, slightly profane author in this quick-read book of stories, facts, do's and don'ts, by someone who done did it all. If you want to be a successful landlord, you should be fixin’ to ask yourself these questions: • Where should you buy? • What should you buy? • What are the housing projections in that area? • Who will rent versus buy? “In other words,” says author Bryan Keeter, “How do you navigate to the most profitable scenario? Figger out your formula and get up to speed before you go out cussin’ and hollerin’, thinkin’ you know what you want to buy. Less’n you’ve done this before, there are a lotta holes, anthills you can fall trip over and get stung real bad. Timin’, the market, sudden political changes, fracking, aliens, and locusts eatin’ the crops, even. It’s not up to just you. Even with a winning formula, you can still crash and burn. Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear when it comes to yammerin’ real estate pitchmen. Don’t be a fool or a real estate tool!”

About the author

Bryan Keeter is kick-ass funny. He’s a no-holds barred, pedal-to-the-metal, outspoken kind of a guy. Raised in Texas, he uses hilarious Southern expressions and will give you the straight scoop with no bull pucky. Plus, he’ll be standin’ at the finish line while most Real Estate Investment Advisors are still warmin’ up their engines. Prior to this career incarnation, Bryan served as President, Chief Operating Officer and owner of a successful distribution company in the high-tech industry. He believes in drama-free transactions, and has garnered the respect of other local real estate professionals across the nation. A mid-pack racer, test driver and crew chief for Formula racing, today Bryan drives road courses, solos, and rallies — and rebuilds cars, too. Today, Bryan is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Real Estate Investment Advisor who gets a kick out of teaching his winning formula for putting together (or adjusting) a portfolio that will make you a Real Estate Investing Champion. His main love is educating investors at all levels, and turning their low-income properties into high-income producers. He also heals bad experiences you may have had with unwashed Property Managers. Deeply committed to giving back to the community, Bryan has served various civic roles including elected member of his school board, and has been a fundraiser and board member for a number of charitable organizations. At present, Bryan serves on the boards of Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center, which helps local individuals and families in Lincoln, California and the surrounding communities of south Placer County, and the board of the Placer County Association of REALTORS® (PCAR) Foundation. Keeter’s steered his own way to wealth. Let him drive you there today. When do you want Bryan to green-flag your investments?
