Description

How do you light a path you have not yet walked?

Avril is an inspiring teacher to everyone but herself. Haunted by a deepening silence—the persistent shadow of her failure to reach and influence the children in her care—she begins to doubt if she has what it takes to be a teacher in the first place.

Hope rekindles through an unexpected friendship with a group of thinkers in a storied grand café. Across their thought-provoking and profound conversations, Avril begins to uncover the hidden structures of personality and discover the power of philosophical inquiry, leading her to face the fact that to truly inspire her students, she must first define her own living philosophy.

Set entirely within the amber glow of the café, CAFÉ PHILOSOPHY is a dialogue-driven journey that explores the delicate ethics of influence and the restorative power of ideas. It poses a challenge to anyone who seeks to guide another: to truly change a life, must we first have the will to embody our own?

About The Author

M.A. Alsadah is an award-winning author and a scholar of religious and philosophical studies. His literary works include the contemplative titles "Café de Sophia" and "Café Philosophy," in addition to the high-fantasy novel "The Seal: The Five Metals," for which he constructed two original languages. Beyond the page, he brought his storytelling to life as the developer of the story-focused JRPH, "Sky Realm: Essences."

An avid reader of nonfiction across diverse disciplines, Alsadah is particularly drawn to sacred and philosophical texts. His taste in fiction leans towards the classics, with a particular fondness for Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein." When he isn't reading, you'll find him playing single-player video games—"The Legend of Dragoon" and "Nier: Automata" are among some of his favorites. Ultimately, he believes that the most enduring stories are those that challenge our understanding of existence.
