About the author
Jim Bompensa has been a fitness professional for over 25 years. He has worked with hundreds of clients of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. He has worked with athletes of all levels, from children to professionals. Jim is the founder of Body Physics Fitness, a New Jersey based training center that has been recognized both locally and nationally. Jim has made numerous fitness related appearances in various media outlets including news broadcasts, television shows, commercials and infomercials. He is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, an Ironman triathlete and a 3rd degree blackbelt. His training methods have successfully helped prepare many young athletes for advanced levels of competition.
