Corey Adams once believed sh could accomplish anything. She took that belief to college, but like many people, when bad things continued to occur in her life, she fell into the safety net provided by the US government. As the years passed, she came to rely more and more on Uncle Sam's help. She lost her drive, her ambition and her love of life, until Aaron Billings showed up at her door. The two set off on an adventure to explore America. The Book: Born Again American was originally written as a story line for Shelley Laine's song: Born Again American. Like many inspirational tales, the short story got a life of it's own.

With degrees in physics, engineering and law, Gorton has established himself as an innovator and a quintessential entrepreneur. An amateur athlete, Gorton believes in setting goals; just because they are hard. He is a mountain climber with over 50 summits, a runner with 17 marathons and a bicyclist who has ridden some of the highest continuously paved roads in North America. He enjoys spending time with family, studying history and science, and writing books. Gorton is passionate about inspiring the next generation to pursue the impossible and achieve the American Dream.
