This cookbook is being created to give light into NYC bodega culture and foods within the inner city. The cookbook developed 30+ entire recipes from bodega's top food sales and popularity using an interview approach within businesses. Recipes are divided by breakfast, lunch, and a smoothie section as well. The motive behind this cookbook is most people outside of NYC have no idea what a bodega is. Bodegas are a staple to many NYC communities and visited daily by most New Yorkers. This cookbook has created something of fun and humorous but also have some very traditional recipes.
