Kelly is a retired elementary school teacher. She lives with her husband, golden retriever, and orange cat. Her debut book is "Mae's Magical Hats." "Blue Sky Day" is her second children's book. She writes in a little pink house in her backyard in Central Indiana with her dog Finn by her side.
