Don Hylton is a graduate of Bluefield State College. He acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering Technology in 1981. Don has worked in coal mines in Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia spanning 33 years. Don and his wife, Vicki, reside near Bluefield, Virginia.
