Overview
Am I beautiful? This is a hidden question that rings in the minds of most teen girls and this book will guide you to discovering the true definition of beauty. Bloom is for Christian youth who desire to discover their purpose and be their best selves. You'll learn that beauty and success is more than designer clothes, make-up, friend count and a good hair day. True beauty blooms from within and starts with having confidence in who you are and the One who created you. This practical guide to self-confidence and basic good grooming is a great way to Bloom from within. OVERVIEW Identifying Who You Are: Knowing who you are is far beyond knowing your name, age, hobbies and favorites. This book asks deep prompting questions most teens never consider. As teens discover their purpose they will know what they should and shouldn't be doing with their lives. They will have more confidence which influences their day-to-day choices and put them on the path of success. Affirmations: As youth discover their purpose there will naturally be negative forces that try to work against them. This book provides practical disciplines such as speaking faith filled affirmations that help youth remember who they are and overcome negative thinking. Defining Beauty: You are beautiful, but others will not appreciate your beauty if you do not believe it for yourself. The first step to being beautiful is knowing who you are, understanding the true meaning of beauty and finally defining your beauty. Bloom provides a fun activity that allows youth to make these distinctions and learn the difference between fantasy and reality. Self-Care: As you began to know yourself it's just important to care for yourself. This workbook provides education on basic good grooming, posture and first impressions. Fun hands-on activities are provided to make self-care fun, affordable and doable.
